We accept returns for store credit on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days of your purchase or delivery confirmation. Return requests made after 7 days of purchase or delivery confirmation are no longer eligible for return. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless determined to be defective by our customer service team. Once a return has been delivered back to Dos Femmes, it can take up to 10 business days (M-F) to inspect & process a return. An email confirmation of the refund for store credit will be sent once processed.
We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipments with care and ask our customers do the same when they need to return goods. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging to be accepted, otherwise we will return to sender.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns to Dos Femmes. If there is a mistake on the part of Dos Femmes, we will happily reimburse the customer.
Customers who place orders during our holiday promotional periods starting after Thanksgiving are able to request returns for store credit until January 5th. Please note any return orders during this window will have a longer return processing window due to holiday volume.
To initiate the return process, please visit our Returns Portal located on the main menu.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Return label costs will be deducted from your return once processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your purchase was made in the Instagram app, please return to the app to start your return process.
If you would like to exchange a full-priced item, no problem! We want you to love your purchase! Currently, we offer exchanges via the same process as a return of your original order. Store credit will be issued as a gift card via email to place a new order for the exchange item of your choice. As with Returns, please ship your exchange back in the original packaging so there is no damage to the merchandise in transit back to Dos Femmes.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be new, unworn, in its original condition and original packaging, and purchased or delivered in the last 7 days.
Returns must be postmarked within the 3 business days of receiving the return label in order to be accepted.

For pieces that seamlessly blend embroidery with traditional jewelry components, please take note that our hardware is plated in 14k gold. Over time, normal wear may cause these platings to darken or tarnish. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to repair items that have become discolored or tarnished due to regular use. To preserve your Dos Femmes pieces and care for them properly, we recommend storing them in the provided care bag that comes with every order in dry place and avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, hairsprays, water, and other chemicals.
CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER
If you need to cancel an order please note if you have received your final email confirmation with tracking information, we may not be able to cancel or change your order.
If the contents of your package were damaged during transit, we will work with you to address this issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items if possible. Please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with the outlined damages and photos. We must be notified of any damages upon delivery within 5 calendar days of your order being delivered. Promotional discount codes, such as our 'Newbie' code, may not be used on discounted or sale items. Additionally, promotional discount codes may not be combined and are subject to specific terms. All discount codes are at the discretion of Dos Femmes.
