All orders placed between Monday-Saturday before 2PM MST will be shipped the same day.
All orders places after 2PM MST will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please contact us ASAP at email@example.com if you do not receive a tracking number.
UNITED STATES ORDERS:
We ship ALL orders within the United States FREE!
This shipping method is standard USPS shipping. If you need your Dos Femmes Favs to be with you ASAP, we offer discounted express shipping for $9.00 USD on ALL orders, if selected during checkout.
Express shipping is then free on all orders over $100.00 USD.
With free standard shipping, please allow 2-7 business days from the day your order is shipped. With express shipping, all orders will be received within two business days from the day your order ships.
Please note that all prices are listed in $USD.

Please allow 5-10 business days from the day your order is shipped.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase to discuss a store credit, exchange or refund.
We PERSONALLY quality check each item before it is sent. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us immediately.
ALL RETURN REQUESTS NEED TO BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. ANY RETURN REQUESTS MADE OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD WILL BE DENIED.
