Q: I haven't received a shipping confirmation, has my order shipped?

A: The second your order leaves the store, an email is sent to the email address used to place the order with tracking information. If your order was not for a pre-order item, please check your junk folder. If it is not in your junk mail please email with your order number for assistance. 

If your item is a pre-order item, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking. If you are expecting an email and do not see one, please check your junk folder. If it is not in your junk mail please email with your order number for assistance. 

Q: How do I check my order status?

A: Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account. Orders with standard shipping typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00pm MST will be shipped the same day. Sundays, Mondays, Weekends and holidays are not business days (we are closed sun/mon), and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I placed it?

A: If you need to make any changes to your order, please email immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order.

Q: Can I stack coupon codes?

A: No, coupon codes cannot be stacked. If you would like to receive a discount on every order including sales, please join DF Devoted for 15% off every order.

PREORDERS cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Preorder products are made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled. Changes in price (items going on sale and/or promotional codes) are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes or promotions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
