RETURNS : All sale or discounted items are final sale. We accept returns for store credit on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days of your purchase or delivery confirmation. Return requests made after 7 days of purchase or delivery confirmation are no longer eligible for return. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless determined to be defective by our customer service team. Once a return has been delivered back to Dos Femmes, it can take up to 10 business days (Tues-Sat) to inspect & process a return.
