RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with your order, please sign into your account online and go to “returns” to request a return.

We PERSONALLY quality check each item before it is sent. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us immediately.

IMPORTANT:

ALL REQUESTS NEED TO BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDERANY RETURN REQUESTS MADE OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD WILL BE DENIED. 

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNWORN CONDITION – FREE OF ODORS AND MARKS.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON YOUR PURCHASE AS ANY MARK MAY DISRUPT THE RETURN PROCESS.
