Welcome to DF Devoted, our exclusive membership designed for you to save on EVERY purchase for an entire year! Simply pay the $15 annual fee and receive 20% off every purchase (including the sale section) automatically. Your discount will be reflected at checkout.
No discount codes will be needed to access your discount. It is automatically tied to your account. This one-of-a-kind membership was created to make your life easier and you’re shopping more affordable. In addition to the 20% off, DF Devoted Members will receive exclusive sales, occasional shipping discounts and special promotions not available to all customers.
Instructions
If you already have a customer account, please make sure you are signed in to that account before you purchase your membership. The customer account and/or email you check out with when purchasing your membership is the email address the discount will be associated with. If you did not previously have a customer account, please go to the account icon at the top right of the website. Enter the same email you purchased your membership with and hit the “forgot password” button. Once your receive the password reset instructions, simply follow them and log into your account. Once your are logged in, you will receive 20% off every order in store and online.
Any membership cancellation requests will have to be done before renewal of your membership. We do not provide refunds after the purchase of the DF Devoted membership under any circumstances.

SHIPPING : All orders placed between Tuesday-Saturday before 2PM MST will be shipped the same day. All orders places after 2PM MST will be shipped the next business day. Our business days are Tuesday - Saturday 11AM - 5PM.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please contact us at shopdosfemmes@gmail.com if you do not receive a tracking number.
RETURNS : All sale or discounted items are final sale. We accept returns for store credit on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days of your purchase or delivery confirmation. Return requests made after 7 days of purchase or delivery confirmation are no longer eligible for return. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless determined to be defective by our customer service team. Once a return has been delivered back to Dos Femmes, it can take up to 10 business days (Tues-Sat) to inspect & process a return. An email confirmation with your store credit gift card will be sent once processed.
