A: Pre-orders are for items that are currently in production, with an estimated time frame of 15-20 business days to ship to you. Please do not place a pre-order if you need your item by a certain date within the 15-20 business day time frame.
Q: I haven't received a shipping confirmation, has my order shipped?
A: The second your order leaves the store, an email is sent to the email address used to place the order with tracking information.
